JLS are signed to Modest Management who promoted and ran two UK arena tours for the band’s reunion both in 2022 and 2024,  first of which sold 140 000 tickets. Jono’s role was as their Vocal Director. Jono looked after all the vocal arrangements for the entire set, rehearsing the show, recording As Lives, working with the musical director and creative director on the sound of the show as well as managing vocal technique and health for all 4 boys — Aston Merrygold, Oritsé Williams, Marvin Humes and JB Gill.
